If you were awarded a scholarship in 2021 and beyond, as stipulated in the contract you will receive, a completed Kennedy-King Memorial Scholarship Fund Information Sheet, which provides personal and college/university contact information. This document must be provided as soon as available or whenever there are any contact information changes. For scholarships awarded in 2020 (or before if the scholarship is still active) you must update us If personal or college/university contact information has changed. This stipulated in the contract you signed upon the acceptance of your scholarship.
